Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for safe, responsible and lawful use of NaamX services.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are permitted and prohibited when using NaamX services, including web hosting, cloud services, business email, ERP, CRM, POS, SaaS, software and other digital services available through naamx.com.
The purpose of this policy is to protect our customers, systems, infrastructure, partners and the wider internet community from abuse, fraud, security threats and unlawful activity.
1. Acceptable Use
Customers must use NaamX services responsibly, lawfully and in a manner that does not negatively affect our systems, other customers or third-party networks.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, domain, hosting environment or other NaamX service.
2. Compliance With Laws
Customers must comply with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations when using NaamX services.
3. Prohibited Activities
NaamX services must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, abusive or harmful activities.
Prohibited activities may include, but are not limited to:
- Fraud or financial scams
- Phishing and credential theft
- Malware or malicious software distribution
- Unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Hacking or attempted security attacks
- Distribution of illegal content
- Spam and abusive mass messaging
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Identity theft or impersonation
- Activities intended to disrupt networks or services
4. Malware and Malicious Code
Customers may not use NaamX infrastructure to distribute, host, develop or intentionally operate malware, ransomware, viruses, worms, trojans, spyware or other malicious software.
Compromised websites or accounts may be temporarily restricted while security issues are investigated and resolved.
5. Phishing and Fraud
NaamX services may not be used to create or operate phishing websites, fraudulent login pages, deceptive payment pages, impersonation services or other systems intended to steal personal or financial information.
6. Spam and Email Abuse
Customers must not use NaamX infrastructure for unlawful or abusive bulk email, unsolicited commercial messages, email harvesting, address-list abuse or other spam-related activity.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email campaigns comply with applicable laws and industry requirements.
7. Resource Abuse
Customers must not intentionally consume excessive server resources in a manner that negatively impacts other users or the stability of NaamX infrastructure.
Resource limits may apply depending on the selected hosting or service plan.
8. Security Testing
Unauthorized vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, port scanning, exploitation attempts or security testing against NaamX infrastructure or third-party systems is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.
9. Network Attacks
Customers may not use NaamX services to conduct or facilitate denial-of-service attacks, distributed denial-of-service attacks, network flooding, brute-force attacks or other activities designed to disrupt systems or networks.
10. Intellectual Property
Customers must respect copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights.
Content hosted through NaamX must be owned by the customer or used with appropriate authorization and licensing.
11. Illegal Content
Customers may not use NaamX services to host, distribute or facilitate unlawful content or activities.
12. Account Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and protecting access to their NaamX accounts, hosting panels, email accounts and applications.
Customers should notify NaamX promptly if they suspect unauthorized access or compromise.
13. Compromised Accounts
If an account, website or server is compromised and is being used for malicious activity, NaamX may temporarily restrict access to protect our infrastructure and other users.
Customers may be required to remove malicious files, update credentials, secure applications and resolve vulnerabilities before full service access is restored.
14. Domain Abuse
Domains and DNS services provided through NaamX must not be used for phishing, fraud, malware distribution, impersonation or other prohibited activities.
15. ERP, POS and SaaS Services
NaamX business software must be used for legitimate business operations and in accordance with applicable laws.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data entered into their ERP, POS, CRM or other business systems.
16. Third-Party Integrations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of third-party APIs, payment gateways, messaging platforms, integrations and other external services complies with the applicable third-party terms.
17. Investigation of Abuse
NaamX may investigate suspected violations of this policy. We may request information from customers where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, security incidents or policy violations.
18. Enforcement
Depending on the seriousness of the violation, NaamX may take appropriate action including:
- Issuing a warning
- Requesting removal of prohibited content
- Restricting specific services
- Suspending an account
- Terminating a service
- Blocking abusive traffic or activity
- Reporting unlawful activity where legally required or appropriate
19. Emergency Action
NaamX may take immediate action when necessary to protect its infrastructure, customers, third parties or the security of the internet from an active or serious threat.
20. Customer Responsibility
Customers remain responsible for their websites, applications, content, users, credentials, integrations and activities conducted through NaamX services.
21. Policy Changes
NaamX may update this Acceptable Use Policy when necessary to address new security threats, legal requirements, technologies or service changes.
Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
