Complaints should be submitted in good faith. Knowingly submitting false, fraudulent or materially misleading copyright complaints may have legal consequences.
12. Third-Party Content
NaamX may provide integrations or infrastructure that allow customers to connect third-party services and content. Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their use of third-party content complies with applicable rights and licenses.
13. Content Removal
Where appropriate and legally permitted, NaamX may restrict or remove access to material that is reasonably believed to violate applicable intellectual property rights or NaamX policies.
14. No Waiver of Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to NaamX, customers or intellectual property rights holders under applicable law.
