1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within:

• 7 days for shared hosting

• 15 days for VPS services

• 30 days for select plans (if stated)

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

• Domain registrations and renewals

• Setup and installation fees

• Software licenses

• Custom development services

• Third-party services

3. Cancellation Rules

• Services can be canceled via your client panel anytime.

• Cancellation does not guarantee a refund.

• Services remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
